MIRROR & MASK STUDIO

I support artists and other creatives in exploring and developing themes they feel personally connected to. I accompany them therapeutically, helping them explore and process their personal engagement with the themes emerging through their creative work.
I offer individual and group dramatherapy sessions delivered on-site at residential homes, supported living services, and day centres across Edinburgh and the Lothians. Please get in touch to discuss the form of dramatherapy that best suits the needs of the people your organisation supports.
For larger groups (6+ participants), you may wish to consider creative expressive workshops designed to support the well-being of your clients our staff members. With expertise in drama and theatre, I am also open to collaboration in shaping and delivering workshops within community or professional theatre contexts.

Dramatherapy
Dramatherapy is a form of psychotherapy. Through creative and performative tools, clients in dramatherapy can engage in embodied experiences while working within the safe distance of fiction, exploring personal narratives through universal stories and archetypal characters that span history and cultures. Offering new perspectives on challenges, this process supports self-discovery and fosters healing in relationships with both oneself and others.
No previous experience in drama or the performing arts is required. I offer a free consultation to help you determine if dramatherapy is the right fit for you.
